The problem
Whether you're coordinating across separate organizations or inside one where nobody keeps Outlook current, the shared-calendar assumption breaks. Plumtime assumes zero calendar integration: everyone marks their own availability by hand, and that's the whole point rather than a limitation.
Most tools freeze your availability the second you submit it. In Plumtime every participant can come back through the same link, re-verify, and edit what they entered. Plans change. Your availability should be able to change with them.
A month-style overview sits above the detail grid, showing which days are in play. Week three stops hiding behind a horizontal scrollbar, so late availability doesn't quietly go unnoticed.
A full text-entry path that does everything the drag grid does — pick a date, a start, an end. Keyboard-only, properly labelled for screen readers, and reachable without hunting through a menu. An equal path, not a fallback.
There's no canonical event timezone to get wrong. Every person sees every time in their own zone, daylight saving included, and the shortlist shows each participant's local time so nobody gets booked at 6am.
Results
A count of who's free isn't a decision. Plumtime ranks the best windows and names the people each one leaves out, so you can weigh the trade-off instead of reverse-engineering it from a grid. Everyone sees the results, not just the organizer.
Signing in
Type your email, get a six-digit code, enter it, and you're in. That verification code is the only email Plumtime sends — no newsletters, no digests, no reminders you didn't ask for. An account is optional, and exists only so you can find your past events again.
